BIG fish at Washington Elementary School
The focal point of the recent elementary school fine arts enrichment day was the creation and installation of a really BIG fish. Tommie Ouverson and Susan Hargus of Mount Vernon collaborated with elementary school children to create the installation. The event was sponsored by the Washington Elementary Teachers and Parents (WETAP).
