Chalk the Walk 2011
Each year in early May, Mount Vernon presents “Chalk the Walk” during which people from all across the area gather to create pictures in chalk on the town’s main street. A centerpiece of the event is a large picture created one square at a time over two days, with each square being done individually. These are pictures from the 2011 Chalk the Walk.
